Home for the Holidays Part III - Fun in Florida!

The final leg of our journey was spent in sunny Cocoa Beach and Orlando, Florida with Matt's family. What a blast! Our stay included big delicious pancake breakfasts (one of my favorite traditions in the Jackson home), a second Christmas, kayaking complete with dolphin and manatee sightings, riding the go-cart in the backyard, a fantastic New Years Eve dinner with Morgen and Daniella (Matt's brother and his GF) at the Melting Pot, Steak-and-Shake (Yum!), Swedish Meatloaf dinner (bigger YUM! Matt's Mom's specialty), movies, mini golf, shopping, shopping at Ron Jon's (yes, it is different from regular shopping because my husband actually likes to go there!), bon fires complete with smores, and of course, Disney World! Needless to say, it was a jam packed week and a half of fun, fun and more fun!

Dan and Rach LOVE spending time in Grandma and Grandpa J's enormous back yard!

Good times! I am seriously considering meeting you guys in FL in May, though Jared doesn't think I'll do it because the baby will be so young. Hey man, hasn't he been married to me long enough to know? Miss you.
